Playset Warranty Policy

100-Year Limited Warranty

Covers structural failure due to deterioration, corrosion, or defects in workmanship for the following components: Aluminum and steel upright posts Hardware Post caps and clamps

15-Year Limited Warranty

Covers structural failure due to deterioration, corrosion, or defects in workmanship for: Rails, rungs, rigid climbers, loops, and decks HDPE and molded plastic components

1-Year Limited Warranty

Covers structural failure of moving parts due to defects in materials or workmanship.

 

Rope Net Products Warranty Policy

Lifetime Warranty

Uprights and hardware (cosmetic damages not included)

15-Year Limited Warranty

Punched steel, pipes, rails, loops, and rungs Rotomolded polyethylene components Nylon bearings and ring junction pieces (excluding cosmetic damage)

10-Year Limited Warranty

Cable breakage (excluding cosmetic damage)

Premature wear of nylon cables (excluding cosmetic damage)

3-Year Limited Warranty

Rubber seats and rubber mats used in net events (excluding cosmetic damage)

Fitness Equipment Warranty Coverage

Bearings and steel pins Blow-molded seats, backrests, clamps, and rubber parts

Important Warranty Coverage Information

This warranty applies only to the original owner while they own the equipment. All products must be installed and used as described in our instructions. The warranty doesn’t cover damage from misuse, vandalism, changes to the product, or normal wear like scratches, dents, or fading. You must file any warranty claims during the time the warranty is active. We’ll send approved replacement parts to the original address at no cost. We don’t cover labor costs to remove or install new parts. Replacement parts come with the same warranty, starting from the day we ship them.
